WKAOS RADIO reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions of use at any time. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the site.

WKAOS RADIO "BLANKET" RULES FOR ALL CONTESTS AND SWEEPSTAKES
These "blanket" rules apply to all contests and sweepstakes conducted by WKAOS RADIO on this site or by any of its affiliated communities.

No purchase is necessary to enter. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have your parent's permission, and be a resident of the U.S.A. WKAOS RADIO employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

In lieu of any other alternative announced on-air, you may enter by e-mailing the following information to rockwkaos@yahoo.com: a description of the contest or sweepstakes; your name; your address; your telephone number; your facsimile number; and your e-mail address. Do not fax or mail entries to WKAOS RADIO. You may enter no more frequently than once per day. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be disqualified. Entries must be received by WKAOS RADIO no later than the deadline announced on-air. The contest or sweepstakes will terminate as of that date. WKAOS RADIO will not be responsible for lost, late or mis-directed e-mail. All entries become WKAOS RADIO's property.

All prizes will be as described on-air. WKAOS RADIO shall not be liable if the actual cash value of the prize is different than the value of comparable goods or services. Winners will be determined by the method announced on-air. If no method is announced, winners will be determined by random selection from all entrants. The odds of winning depend on how many people enter. For example, if 1,000 people enter and one prize is awarded, the odds of winning are 1 in 1,000. Winners will be announced on-air AND through all social media sites associated with WKAOS RADIO and it's Radio Personalities/Djs/Presnters/Street Team/Reviewers/Bloggers. WKAOS RADIO's decision with respect to the awarding of all prizes is final. WKAOS RADIO will maintain a list of all winners, a copy of which is available on written request.

If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in the official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

WKAOS RADIO in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any contest or sweepstakes not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

WKAOS RADIO shall not be liable for taxes, licensing or other fees on prizes; for lost or stolen entries; or for prize merchandise that is furnished by an independent supplier.

Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with these rules. That affidavit also will set forth a release of liability, together with an authorization for WKAOS RADIO to use the winner's name, image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes.
